WHO WE ARE
Audit Fusion Network Ltd (AFN) is a licenced Accounting firm by ICPAC within the framework of the Delegation Agreement signed with the Cyprus Public Audit Oversight Board pursuant to the Auditors Law of 2017 (L.53(I)/2017), having its permanent establishment and conduct in Cyprus. The firm founder and chief executive officer, is an ICPAC member, has an ACCA Fellow membership, an IIA and CFE Associate membership, and holds MSc in Finance and Banking, BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting and is entitled to use the designatory letters C.A.T., as an ACCA Certified Accounting Technician.
Accounting as licenced business is managed by the profession rules. As an overview, the Firm conduct is influenced mostly by the following sources:
- Auditing Standards issued by the Financial Reporting Council
- International Standards on Auditing issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board
- Professional Practice of Internal Auditing International Standards
- International Financial Reporting Standards developed and maintained by the IASB
- Ethical Standards issued by the Financial Reporting Council and the ICPAC
- The Auditors and Statutory Audits of Annual and Consolidated Accounts Law 53 (I)/2017 inclusive all amendments that replaced 42(I)/2009 with all its amendments
- Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Activities Law 188(I)/2007,2010,2012,2013,2014,2016,2018,2019,2021,2022,2023, 2024, 2025
